Ohmart/VEGA has released the VEGAWELL 51, a suspended hydrostatic pressure transmitter for measuring the level of water in wells and reservoirs. The device features a small CERTEC® ceramic measuring cell and a slim diameter of 0.86" (22 mm), which makes installation in a 1" sounding pipe possible. The measuring range of the VEGAWELL 51 is between 1.45 and 145 psi (0.1 and 10 bar) allowing it to be used in wells up to 1800 ft (550m) deep, and withstands process temperatures between -40° and 176°F (-40° and 80°C).
